The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") imposes specific obligations on businesses processing Personal Information of California
residents. As your employer, Co-Employer or a company providing outsourced HR services to your employer, C2 Essentials, Inc., is committed to the
proper handling of the Personal Information you have shared as part of your employment relationship. This California Employee Privacy Notice
("Notice") is intended to provide California Persons with the required CCPA notice.
Pursuant to the CCPA, we are required to provide California Residents who are employees or applicants for employment with a description of our
practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of the Personal Information we collect and your rights regarding the information.
For the purposes of this notice only, the terms "C2," "we," or "us" also refer to your co-employer or employing company.
As part of your employment relationship, we collect, receive, maintain, and share with various service providers elements of Personal Information.
“Personal Information” has the meaning as defined in the CCPA and includes any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being
associated with you, or information that could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Please note that "Personal Information" as defined
in the CCPA does not include publicly available information, deidentified or aggregated consumer information, or personal information covered by certain
sector-specific privacy laws, such as the Gramm Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or the California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA).
Depending on the specific services we will be providing, C2 collects some or all of the following categories of Personal Information, some of which overlap:

Category A: Identifiers, including name, contact information, online identifiers, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number or
other similar government issued identifiers.

Category B: Information including name, signature, social security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number,
driver’s license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, financial information, medical or
health insurance information.

Category C: Characteristics of Protected Classifications Under California or Federal Law, including race, skin color, national origin, religion (includes
religious dress and grooming practices), sex/gender (includes pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and/ or related medical conditions), gender identity,
gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, medical condition (such as genetic characteristics, cancer or a record or history of cancer),
disability (such as mental and physical including HIV/AIDS, or cancer), military or veteran status, request for family care leave, request for leave
for an employee’s own serious health condition, request for pregnancy disability leave, and age.

Category D: Commercial information including purchasing or consuming histories, financial details, and transaction records.

Category E: Biometric information such as facial and iris images and fingerprints.

Category F: Internet or network activity including browsing and search histories, social media, and interactions with our website, applications, and
systems.

Category G: Geolocation data, such as device location.

Category H: Audio, electronic, visual, and similar information such as audio and video interactions recorded in connection with our business activities.

Category I: Professional or employment related information including work history, information provided by former employers or references, and data
necessary for benefits and related administrative services.
We obtain the categories of Personal Information listed above primarily from self-disclosure by you, such as on job applications, employee onboarding
documentation, employee timekeeping and payroll documentation, employee benefits documentation, employee requests for leaves of absence, employee requests
for use of paid sick leave or other paid time off, employee requests for accommodation, employee performance reviews and self-assessments, employee request,
such as for reimbursements or from services we provide to you such as health and welfare benefits. Information is also obtained from any communications
between you and us.
Some information also comes other sources, such as (1) from data that your work computer or mobile device transmits when interacting with our applications,
(2) from third parties, including recruiters who submit your information to us for an employment position that may interest you, reference checks, including
but not limited to the individual’s former employers or co-workers, and for employment background checks, (3) public agencies including tax authorities, the
California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Labor Commissioner, the California Occupational Safety Administration, and if applicable
to the position, the California Department of Motor Vehicles, Workers’ compensation carriers, Law enforcement agencies and for Litigation.
C2 collects the Personal Information for use or disclosure primarily to perform a wide variety of Human Resources functions on behalf of your co-employer
including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, onboarding; performance, administering insurance and benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations,
requests for reasonable accommodation, termination, and ongoing communications supporting employee’s ability to perform duties. C2 also uses Personal
Information for numerous operational functions, including assisting in the management and performance of employees as well as for payroll, tax payment,
and reporting purposes. In addition, your Personal Information will also be used in response to public agency or law enforcement requests, as well as in
arbitration, litigation, other formal and informal complaint resolution processes and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
C2 may disclose your Personal Information to third party service providers as is helpful to carry out the uses set forth above; however, C2 does not sell any
Personal Information. C2 will retain this information along for as long as it maintains a personnel file on you.
C2 reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. If we make changes to this privacy notice, we will notify you by email or
through a notice on the C2Connection website homepage.

as a job applicant, employee, or contractor. In this context “job applicant” refers to any person who has submitted his or her candidacy with us or your co-employer;
"employee" refers to any person who is employed by us or your co-employer as a full-or part-time employee or temporary worker, and "contractor"
means a natural person who provides any service to a business pursuant to a written contract.
